Students must be accompanied by their parent, guardian, or another adult. (Consent must be completed by parent/legal guardian).
Please reach out to your child’s pediatrician or school nurse with any questions about COVID-19 vaccination. The COVID-19 vaccination for children ages 5 and up has been endorsed by the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the National Association of School Nurses.
