In an effort to ensure that the Hyannis Fire Department is able to effectively respond to the needs of our community during this public health emergency, we have substantially adjusted operations.

  • A planning team has been established and meeting daily to ensure our residents and firefighters are protected.
  • We have limited our non-emergency services such as fire prevention.
  • The Fire Station has been closed to visitors, if you have non-emergency business please contact us via phone or email at 508-775-1300 or fireprevention@hyannisfire.org .

If you are concerned about your health, have questions on testing, or have concerning symptoms please contact your primary care physician, an urgent care center, or call the Massachusetts state-supported 2-1-1 hotline (available 24/7 in multiple languages). Call 911 for any emergencies.
